Construction will have more strength in rehabilitation than in new build

Circe co-organizes the manufacturers’ workshop to train on external thermal insulation systems, at Fundación Laboral de la Construcción in Aragon, together with Aipex and Propamsa.

Yesterday, Circe co-organized, together with Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, Aipex and Propamsa, the manufacturers’ workshop for training of SMEs and enterpreneurs in external thermal insulation systems. Around ten professionals from this sector met at the facilities of  joint entity in Zaragoza.

Mario Serrano of Aipex confirmed that construction sector will be marked by rehabilitation instead of new construction. Following this trend, training in insulation systems becomes a necessary qualification for sectoral  workers, so if they want to improve their competitiveness in the market they must train in this area. In a future, users will demand this knowledge, because having a good thermal insulator has a direct impact on energy bill.

During his presentation, Serrano presented some types of insulation of the market, and thermal system of facades such as Extruded Polystyrene (XPS).

On the other hand, Propamsa offered a training workshop with aim to bring attendees closer to insulation systems, and yo teach them on a real installation.

This workshop is part of Construye 2020+ activities undertaken by consortium, and its commitment to improve sectoral Vocational Training, as well as to respect environment and reduction of greenhouse gases.
